Hi, I’m Eli. I am a Product Design Lead with a background in Architecture and Human-Computer Interaction, and I’ve spent my career making complex systems feel intuitive and approachable. My work is all about creating thoughtful designs that help people deploy cloud and AI infrastructure without needing years of specialized training.
For nearly four years I’ve explored the challenges of designing B2B enterprise software at IBM, from breathing new life into legacy services to bringing entirely new products to market. I am equally invested in the success of my peers, as I've mentored early career designers and created collaborative spaces where my teammates feel supported in growing their weaker areas while learning new domains.
What sets me apart is my ability to bridge technical complexity and simple usability. I thrive in spaces where no one has drawn a map yet, collaborating with engineers, executives, and designers to chart a clear path forward. Connect with me on LinkedIn

"I could wax poetic about Eli’s designs all day! His skills as a designer, as a leader, as a collaborator, and as a storyteller are top notch. When he brings work to the team, or to our leadership, he always comes correct and prepared. To put it bluntly, he makes it looks easy (and trust me, I know it isn’t).
As a teammate, he is fluid and evolves his skillset to meet the needs of those around him. High fidelity designs? Check. Leading platform wide critiques? Check. User interviews, constant presentations, and leading a successful team? Check check check.
That flexibility, that broad skillset, that generalist mindset, it has taken him very far at IBM in a very short amount of time. I think he is more steady/secure and has a better vision for his career than some designers a decade his senior. To quote Star Wars: We will watch your career with great interest." - Austin Edwards, Design Principal at IBM
